Deliveries

In Belgium: We deliver your package on time, even still the same day. This if it concerns a in stock product go, ordered before 16 p.m., and you a direct way of online payment has chosen. Before we leave, we will call you to arrange a time. For the deliveries we make daily, we rely on our own vans en our own colleagues (student workers, flexible employees and technical specialists). We can also take care of the installation of your television or new hi-fi equipment. Please feel free to contact to discuss the options.

In the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg: For deliveries outside Belgium, but within a reasonable radius of our headquarters, we strive to maintain the same service as in Belgium. Other orders are shipped via courier, insured, and with track & trace. 

In Europe: Orders are shipped via courier, insured and with track & trace. 

We can also take care of the installation of your television or new hi-fi equipment. Please feel free to contact to discuss the options.

Delivery time

In Belgium: If a product in stock is ordered before 16 p.m., it can be delivered that same evening.

Bank transfer payments can take up to two days to be confirmed by our finance department. Therefore, you unfortunately cannot benefit from our "same-day delivery" policy for these orders.

Backorders have a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. Our standard delivery times still apply, and it is also possible that products are shipped directly to you by our manufacturers. Please feel free to contact us. contact Please contact us if you have any questions or specific requests in this regard.

Outside Belgium: Orders placed before 16pm will be shipped the same day via courier. 

Payments via bank transfer can take up to two days to be confirmed by our finance department. These orders are therefore immediately sent to the courier service as soon as they are confirmed by our finance department.

Discounts

The discount code can be entered as soon as you begin checking out. Enter it only after you've added all the products to your cart.

Our temporary discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts. If a product already has a special price, an additional discount code cannot be applied.

Some products are intentionally priced at a special price to prevent the use of a special discount code (with a larger discount). In some cases, this is done intentionally, in accordance with the guidelines of some suppliers or manufacturers.
