The Marine 6 is a two-way speaker with a 25 mm (1 inch) tweeter and a 150 mm (6 inch) polypropylene driver for the bass and midrange. The IP66 rating ensures that the speakers are incredibly rugged after installation. This compact Marine Series speaker has a built-in depth of 88mm (3.5 inches) and a cutout of 200mm (7.8 inches).
The smaller of Bowers & Wilkins' two Marine Series speakers, the Marine 6 features a 25-mm (1-inch) tweeter and a 150-mm (6-inch) polypropylene bass and midrange driver, delivering pristine sound under the harshest conditions.

The speaker has an IP66 rating, which means it is suitable for use at sea and can withstand extreme temperatures, a salty atmosphere and rinsing with a water hose. The metal grille and fasteners are made of seawater-resistant stainless steel. The frame of the driver is made of non-corrosive, rigid polymer, while the dome of the tweeter has a back support to prevent permanent deformation during cleanup.
