Deliveries

In Belgium: We deliver your package on time, even the same day. This if it is a product in stock, ordered before 4pm, and you have chosen a direct method of online payment. Before we leave we will call you to arrange a time. For our daily deliveries, we rely on our own vans and our own colleagues (student workers, flexi workers and technical specialists). We can also take care of the installation of your television or new hi-fi equipment. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

In the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg: For deliveries outside Belgium, but within an acceptable radius of our headquarters, we try to maintain the same service as in Belgium. Other orders are sent via courier, insured and with track & trace.

In Europe: Orders are sent via courier, insured and with track & trace.

Delivery time

In Belgium: A product in stock ordered before 4 p.m. can be delivered by us tonight / the same evening.

Payments by bank transfer can take up to 2 days to be confirmed by our financial department. Therefore, for these orders, unfortunately you cannot benefit from our "same day delivery".

Backorders have a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. Here our standard delivery times continue to apply, and it is also possible that products are sent to you directly from our manufacturers. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or specific requirements.

Outside Belgium: Orders before 4 p.m. leave the same day, via courier.

Discounts

The discount code can be entered as soon as you start checkout. Enter it only after you have clicked all the products in your shopping cart.

Our temporary discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Does a product already have a special price? Then an additional discount code cannot be applied.

Some products are intentionally given a special price to exclude the application of a special discount code (with more discount). In some cases, this is done intentionally, given some guidelines from some suppliers or manufacturers.
