The new Q Install Series offers an exciting range of speakers designed for home theater applications that demand exceptional performance from speakers that meet the needs of customers who demand a stylish, unobtrusive aesthetic.
The 8" in-wall speaker features Q Install's superior Nano Particle massively damped polypropylene low-frequency drive units with powerful coil and magnet assemblies for low distortion and high transient power. Full-range speakers combine rotatable, silk-lined mesh-protected tweeters for fine system tuning, along with additional high-frequency level adjustment. The 8" flush-mount speaker features low-profile magnetic grilles for easy installation, with optimized whole geometries for their frequency range. High-quality crossovers are used to ensure smooth frequency transition on two- and three-way units. Special care has been taken to ensure that speech remains clear at all times through attention to the mid-frequency response and reduction of all color sources. Installation is made particularly flexible by ensuring that all units require minimal mounting depth.
Installers can choose from an array consisting of an 8" and 6.5" two-way full-range unit and a D'Appolito array LCR that is also ideal for use as a center channel. A passive 8" sub is also offered to complement the full-range units, providing additional bass extension when used with a suitable A/V receiver and power amplifier.
