The AE100 is a compact bookshelf speaker with the qualities we are used to from Acoustic Energy.
The AE100 is designed to achieve high sound pressure levels from an extremely small enclosure. It uses a 110 mm. mid-bass drive unit, bass performance is enhanced by a slotted channel, problems with air turbulence are negated.
A 25 mm. soft dome tweeter with Wide Dispersion technology completes the driver compliment, and is housed in an 18 mm. MDF cabinet. Based on design features from the award-winning Reference series and finished in satin black. The AE100 looks good wherever you place it, and delivers formidable sound despite its compact size.
