THE COMPACT MODEL - 2-WAY BOOKSHELF SPEAKER

Inspired by the pure heritage of Focal bookshelf speakers, Vestia N°1 combines finesse with a compact design while offering a detailed listening experience. This 2-way bass reflex speaker combines Focal technologies, such as the Slatefiber cone with its recycled carbon fibers made in our French workshops, and the 'M'-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter to enhance the treble.

Thanks to a choice of harmonious and refined finishes - front panel in black or white leather effect, side panels in black high gloss, dark wood or light wood - these speakers can be easily installed in any interior. They are designed for all music lovers and fit seamlessly into rooms of up to 30 m².

Available as an optional extra, the stands - specially designed for Vestia N°1 - have a "tilted" profile that allows the soundstage to be more focused on the listener, for even deeper immersion and more emotion.

Slatefiber technology, exclusive from Focal, involves the use of recycled, non-woven carbon fibers applied as a sandwich between two layers of thermoplastic polymer. In their quest for perfection, Focal's engineers chose to use non-woven carbon fibers, all pointing in the same direction to achieve even greater rigidity, better damping but also lightness - the three "essentials" of a loudspeaker driver. The Slatefiber cone is made in France in the Focal workshops.

Excellent treble - the 'm'-shaped inverted dome tam tam tweeter

This tweeter, also made in France in the Focal workshops, consists of an inverted dome cone, made from an aluminum/magnesium alloy and cast in the famous 'M' shape - exclusive to Focal. This profile gives it greater rigidity, reducing distortion, with a wider diffusion angle. It delivers an even finer treble.

Vestia speakers have a front opening for more frontal impact, in addition to a rear opening for all-encompassing bass: a bass reflex profile that enhances the depth of the soundstage.
