Pro-Ject Debut Recordmaster II - Black - Turntable - OM5e
About the Pro-Ject Debut Recordmaster II - Black - Turntable - OM5e:
Audiophile Record Player for Hifi and Audio Transfer to PC / Mac
Aluminum Tone Arm, Computer Connection & 3 Speeds!
Introduced in the late 1990s, the first Debut turntable was a revolution for the hi-fi industry at the time. For the first time after the advent of the CD and the so-called demise of vinyl records, an analog product once again appeared on the market that many music lovers could once again afford.
The new Debut RecordMaster II is designed to become a benchmark in its category during the next 10 years back. This is perfectly timed, as analog sources are back in these days, and the demand for good turntables with different speeds is growing rapidly. This new unit comes with improvements such as a larger and heavier turntable for smoother rotation, and the overall sound quality has also been significantly improved.
Belt drive design provides low noise AC motor with effective motor decoupling (uses TPE), and ultra precision frequency DC-driven AC generator for excellent speed stability. Electronic speed change ("speed box") provides ultimate convenience, and the option exists to play at 78 rpm. The latter requires simple replacement of the stylus to OM78 (not included), and conversion of the drive belt to a larger diameter pulley.
The Debut RecordMaster II comes with pre-assembled cartridge and built-in switchable phono preamplifier with USB output. Recording from vinyl to PC / Mac is possible while also connecting to the line-level input of your hi-fi system.
The Debut RecordMaster II is offered in high-gloss black, red and walnut matte.
