About the Yamaha XDA-QS5400RK:
Designed specifically for whole-house audio system integration, the 'QS' (Quad Streamer) offers four-zone audio streaming and eight-channel hi-fi audio amplification. All these features are built into a super-slim 1U height enclosure suitable for rack mounting. Easily expandable and highly flexible, the QS works with the MusicCast multi-room system, allowing it to be paired with AV receivers, soundbars and hi-fi systems in a wide variety of configurations.
- Designed specifically for integration of a MusicCast multi-room system over the network (Ethernet) in a rack or cabinet
- Streams four audio zones per unit, expandable to 32 zones with simultaneous playback in linked groups of up to 20 zones
- Eight channels of audiophile Class D amplification, assignable by zone, with bridge capability and suitable for 4 ohms, with unique circuitry to prevent ground loops/ hum
- Pandora®, Spotify® Connect, SiriusXM Internet Radio, TIDAL, Deezer, Napster and more built-in, plus access to music libraries and linked external sources
- Easily controlled via the free MusicCast app and third-party external control systems
- Enclosure suitable for placement in a 1U high rack, includes removable rack brackets and faceplate
